1. Definitions and Interpretation

Each individual may maintain only one (1) phpjj account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, and you must keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

2.4 Account Verification

phpjj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or other government-issued ID), proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), proof of payment method ownership, and selfie photographs holding identification documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

phpjj does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee as disclosed during the withdrawal process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed when requesting a withdrawal. phpjj reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion or as required by regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your phpjj account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is finalized, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. Once an account is closed, reopening requires submission of a new application and may be denied at phpjj's discretion.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by phpjj

phpjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, provided false or misleading information during registration or verification, abused bonuses or promotions, or engaged in any activity that phpjj deems harmful to its operations or other users. All content on phpjj website and services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, audio clips, data compilations, and page layouts, is the property of phpjj or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 9.2 Prohibited Use of Content

phpjj shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of phpjj services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through phpjj's complaint procedure or PAGCOR mediation may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

13.1 Right to Modify

phpjj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the website.

13.2 Continued Use

Your continued use of phpjj services following the posting of modified Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must discontinue use of phpjj services and close your account. 14. Miscellaneous Provisions
